The location of Saigon Cozy Hotel was fantastic, just a short walk away from the vibrant party street and within easy reach of the main attractions like the Independence Palace and City Hall. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and ensured we had clear instructions to find the hotel. On our last day, when we had to leave early, they even packed us a breakfast to take away.

The room I booked was spacious, clean, and offered good value for the price. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to famous attractions and surprisingly quiet despite being near a lively area. The hotel staff, namely Chien, Sara, and Yen, were incredibly kind.
There was a slight smoke smell in the room when people smoked outside, but opening the windows helped with ventilation. The bathroom could have been cleaner, as I found hair on the shower walls and had to wash all my toiletries due to ants.
